Document Compliance
Are all the I's dotted and T's crossed? Once it's been determined that all required documents needed for your brokerage are in your files, those documents will be inspected with a fine tooth comb to check all initials and signatures are in place.
Tracking Timelines
A crucial part of a successful transaction is having deadlines be met on time. Calendar invites will be set up at the beginning of each transaction for key dates so all are accountable for the required dates and reminders will be sent as we approach those deadlines if they've not yet been checked off.
Consistent & Clear Communication
Whether via email/text/phone call, you, your clients and the necessary parties will be communicated with throughout the process. As key deadlines are met, important information is received or an update needs provided, communication will take place with those that need it.
